He was super stoked about it!! There are special laws in CA where you have to wait 2 weeks before you can pick up a gun that you have purchased... well it just so happened that the day Jeff could pick up his gun was his birthday!! He was so excited about it, had to fire off a couple rounds. So him and my brother found a secluded spot in the hills to give it a try... BOYS! my man is a pure man, if I let him he would probably want to kill our dinner every night! ahahahah!! We went to Ultimate sports Pizza and dove into some yummy birthday pizza! I can't believe Jeff is now one year shy of 25, and 25 is only 5 years shy of 30!!! ahhhh!!! it just seems like life is going by so fast! Jeff will be 25 before Owen turns 1! crazy huh? Maybe it is just crazy to me!?

My belly is really getting BIG! I now am the proud owner of stretch marks... eeeek!! I shea butter/ Vitamin E it up on the belly EVERYDAY , but I don't think it matters, skin is skin and when it is getting stretched to holy heck I dont think there is much you can do. One day I will get to say, "Owen, you gave mom these!" hahahaha, my mom always said that to us! I have now moved into the uncomfortable less fun stage of pregnancy. Sleeping, is really hard. My hips feel broken and the tendons in my groin feel like someone is cutting them! it really hurts! my lower back is broken for sure i think, and I have to pee ALL of the time! BUT, my sweet sweet little boy is SO worth all of it!
My lovely friend Elisha, is here visiting from Seattle! I was so excited to see her and spend some time with her! It is the BEST having a preggo friend around!! I can't wait until they move back!! Her mom, was sweet enough to let me come along with them to get a 3-D ultrasound. It was so awesome, being able to seem my little guy in 3-D!! he looked a little "blobish" but the one shot they got of him he looks just like DADDY!! He totally has Jeff's nose! The video pictures are a bit better... check it out...
Here are the still shots we got printed... luckily the technician saved these shots because after he took these, Owen got shy! He was face down head down all nestled up in the birthing position! (which EVERYTIME I have had an ultrasound he is always head down, in the ready to go position) lets just hope he stays like that for when it really counts! I can definitely tell that he is getting bigger and definitely running out of space!
The first one is the one where I think he looks like Jeff! and doesn't he look so serious!! and look at those squishy lips!! The other two aren't as great of shots of him, his nose looks so squished and big!! but I think that might just be the ultrasound picture... I love his little thumb in the last one, it looks like he is thinking! SO CUTE! I just can't wait until he comes out and I can snuggle him and kiss him and hold him tight! We LOVE our Owen!! Justin and Elisha got to see their Ransom in 3-D too! we was such a cutie! I really can't wait until they are both here and we can have play dates by the beach! I love Elisha she is going to be such an awesome mommy!!! and look at how amazing she looks with her bump!

Oh pregnancy even with all of your amazing side effects it is still so fun watching a baby grow inside of you! best gift ever!!
As for my burning pain...
Still here, everyday. :( It's not after I eat anything, its nothing I do... It is just ALWAYS there, but the pain is the worst when I am sitting. The Dr. is set that it is Sludge in my gallbladder... He said pretty much I just have to deal with the pain, and it will go away once Owen is born. boo. I don't know, I feel like I am getting so used to it now! but really it is just one more thing to add to my list of discomforts...
We got our crib/changing table!! we found it on Craigslist and got an amazing deal!! I took it to my mom's house to clean and polish it, and it looks great! I just can't wait to get into a place and set it all up and get it ready for my little guy!
The picture made the wood on the crib look like a different color, but it is actually the same color as the changing table. I LOVE it! so much storage! and the crib converts into all of the other snazzy beds!
Speaking of getting into our own place, we are eagerly saving and waiting until we stumble on the most perfect place. We are keeping our eyes peeled and seeing where the Lord will put us. I really can't wait to get into a place and get it all set up for my family!
I feel so lucky and blessed that God has given me Jeff to be his wife and now a little boy to take part in raising, loving and nurturing! I have the BEST job ever! that is one thing college can't give you!
We are now getting ready for Jeff's sister, Jolene's, wedding coming up this weekend. We are very excited for her and her fiance, Ken, to begin the best journey ever!! It has been a lot of work, helping out with wedding stuff, so it will be nice to see everything come together in a magical ending to wedding planning :)
and a P.S. side note, how amazing is my husband?? The other day he sent me these to my work, I was so surprised and it totally brightened my day!! all of the ladies in the office were asking if it was our anniversary or if it was my birthday... NOPE! my man just loves me, and sends me flowers just because!

Now I am finishing up helping with plans for my baby shower on April 9th, my lovely momma is giving us an awesome shower! I can't wait!! so exciting!!
