Our Little Boy

I cannot even begin to express the true joy and excitement we feel!! We went to have our ultrasound today and found out that I have been cooking up a little boy!  I thought for sure he was a girl, but turns out I was wrong...

When she told us, I just started to cry and was so happy.  Our ultrasound technician was really nice and got some really awesome pictures of our little guy!  I sat there looking at the screen thinking, how blessed I feel that God chose me to be this little boy's mama!  His little belly is as big as his head, and he weighs just about a pound!  Little chunky butt!

Look at him in there, he is totally waving!! It was amazing to see his little heart pumping strong, and his mouth was open, and he was wiggling around so much! He is definitely a mover!! He has been kickin me so much lately!... probably because I was thinking he was a boy :)

Look at those toes, have you seen anything cuter?? I was trying to count them... :)  She had such a hard time taking this picture of his feet because he was just moving them around so much! Where will these little feet go?? Jeff is ecstatic!! He is just waiting for the day to teach Owen how to surf, to take him camping, and do boy things! Daddy is so happy!!

At first I thought when seeing this picture, no maybe it could be a girl (even though it totally a protruding part) but then later in the ultrasound she got another view of his goods, and it is FOR sure a boy!  Jeff and I were both like "whoa! OK"  He was definitely not shy about showing his parts! :)

I am just over joyed! I cant believe how much God has blessed us this past year, and now we are going to be the parents to this little boy! We cannot wait to meet him, kiss him, and smother him in love.  All of the grandparents are super excited and the siblings are stoked, we have Auntie Jo buying out Target already! <3

We love you Owen, we can't wait to meet you!!!
