Oh man the time is going by so fast!! I can't believe my little Owen is going to be 3 months in just a few days...eeeekkkk

Look at how big he is sittin there on that couch with his little shoes on! He looks like he is going to school... I can't even imagine that day!

We have just been enjoying life, and spending time with the people we love most! Owen got to wear his first pair of Vans... super cute! Thanks aunt seana!  He is growing and changin daily. He is now into playing with toys. He will hit things with his hands and grab at them. I have had to invest in a few more baby toys for him to explore! He is sitting up good with the help of his boppy, definitely not on his own, but he loves to be upright. He loves to be apart of what everyone is doing. He wants to look around and see everything.

He is also super vocal, just talkin away to whoever will make high pitched noises at him :) I love hearing him, he has playful sounds, whining sounds, mad sounds and all the inbetween. He loves his daddy so much! He talks the most to his dad... hopefully that continues on into his life! He just stares at his daddy and babbles on and on! I love it!

We got the chance to spend some time with aunti jo. she hadn't seen Owen since he was just 2 weeks old, so she was shocked at how big he is!! He loved playing with her and cooing at her too! He is just a snuggle buy full of love and joy!  He is also sleeping in his own bassinett now! YAY its been 2 weeks since we started and he only wakes up 1/2 to eat! The other night I put him down and didn't wake up to him fussin until 5AM!! 6 hours straight! Go Owen! He is actually a great sleeper now that he is in his own space! and daddy and mommy are getting way better rest too!

We also got to spend some time with the Davies, we are so happy to have them back from Seattle! I just loved snuggling their little Ransom Pot Pie! He is just the cutest little red headed baby ever!

Owen loved meeting his first friend! He is telling him, "It's OK pal, you don't have to cry!" hahahahah It was fun having them together and chatting with Justin and Elisha about being new parents. I am so excited to journey into motherhood with one of my greatest friends! Love you Elisha!

I thought he looked like he could belong to her! I know I have the one baby who doesn't look like me at all :(

but he secretly likes me the best! so it's all worth it!!

YAY for mommyhood!!

Just a side note: Owen LOVES Taylor!! he always sleeps so long and in the deepest of sleeps with him. His mouth is open and he just drools away!  We are so excited because Taylor landed a sweet job at Golden Spoon, we already went for a visit and some delicious frozen goodness!!
